My day spent in Leon was nothing short of educational and spectacular. Bob Walsh was correct when he told me that the Cathedral was special with its stain glass windows and of course the history from past to today.
I have attached photos from all over the city , another location to visit when traveling to Spain.

I included Antonio Gaudi for my neighbor Wayne Good.....Gaudi is a world famous architect , I was thinking Wayne could do the walk..
I have not said much about the Spanish people in my blogs . I must say that I have never been in a country where I have felt more welcomed. They can not do enough for you . It is a very orgaized clean country. Sorry to say most of the bad performers have been from the USA. The ugly American is still alive and well
Carl and I loved the Sagrada Familla in Barcelona--Carl actually saw it in very different phases. Gaudi is one of a kind.
